Kotryna is the visionary behind Baltic Spoon, a bespoke culinary experience launched in 2022 in West Hollywood, California. Specializing in high-end private dining and upscale catering events, her services have quickly gained recognition for their elegance, creativity, and international flair.
Her culinary journey began at the age of 15 during solo travels across Europe, where she immersed herself in diverse cultures and cuisines. Having lived in seven countries and visited more than thirty, Kotryna developed a sophisticated, globally inspired palate that informs every dish she creates.
In 2019, she made a bold career shift and moved to Bangkok, Thailand, to study classical French cuisine at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu. Following her training, she relocated to Los Angeles, where she refined her skills at renowned establishments, including Crustacean Beverly Hills and Providence, a three-Michelin-star restaurant.
After gaining valuable experience in top-tier kitchens, Kotryna launched her own private dining venture. Today, she curates intimate dinners, exclusive house parties, private members club events, and offers personal chef services throughout Los Angeles—earning glowing reviews from a loyal and discerning clientele.
